A Date With the Future

When a woman meets the firefighter who saved her life in the past, are they meant to be, or is it just a fluke?

This drama follows the life of a woman who falls in love with a firefighter who rescues her from a collapsed building due to an earthquake. She promises to find him when she grows up, but she is unable to. One day, while working as a reporter covering an accident, she comes face to face with him. Finally able to find him again, she begins to woo him relentlessly. Will his heart melt from her efforts, or are they meant to never be together? Watch to find out!

My Review….

Frankly, this story wasn’t anything new, but I still enjoyed it. The female lead, though a little obsessive, is very strong and dedicated. Once she makes up her mind, she does not change it again, no matter what happens. The male lead, on the other hand, looks headstrong and stoic but has a heart of gold. Their relationship may not be perfect but looks, sounds and feels real. This is one of those stories which is definitely not perfect but still manages to make you feel something. One caveat though is that towards the later half of the story, it drags a bit and that part of the plot feels a little forced. The rest is okay. So, if you enjoy romance between a stoic firefighter and a determined reporter, you can consider giving this one a try. I would neither ask you to skip it nor recommend it too much! I was frankly 50-50 about it.

Acting of main protagonists: The chemistry between the leads is fine.
