Bard of Blood

When an Indian spy goes on a mission to rescue hostages, and his past comes back to haunt him, will he be able to survive and save others?

This story follows the life of a spy who comes home after a botched-up mission in a foreign country. When he returns home, he quickly finds himself on another mission to rescue hostages. Joining him in this mission are a few other operatives from RAW who are experts in what they do. Things get more complicated when nothing goes as planned and his past comes back to haunt him. Will he be able to rescue others and save himself in time or will he be a victim to somebody else’s game? Watch to find out!

I enjoyed this one. Inspite of having an open-ended ending, this drama had the makings of a great spy plot. It had suspense, intrigue, action, and most important of all, a mission for the greater good and an elusive villain. Apart from these things, the characterization of the male protagonist was quite well done. He was justice-driven and had incredible willpower which kept him going no matter the circumstance. The plot was fast-paced as well and kept me hooked till the very end. So, if you enjoy a good spy short story, you will definitely like this one as well. Give this one a try!
