My Review….
I enjoyed this story for the most part. While the plot isn’t groundbreaking—it bears a striking resemblance to the drama “The Double”—it still manages to hold its own. I do wish the male lead had been a bit more assertive, but as far as rebirth stories go, this one is definitely worth watching. Like many Chinese dramas, it does add some unnecessary filler to stretch the story, but despite that, I found it satisfying overall. The way the leads support each other throughout their fight for justice and revenge is compelling, even if it doesn’t quite reach greatness. So, if you’re in the mood for a rebirth drama about second chances and rewriting one’s fate, you’ll likely enjoy this one. However, if you’re looking for something truly groundbreaking, it might fall short. As always, the choice to stream or skip is yours!
