Hidden Love

Will a girl’s first crush become a woman’s last love, or is it meant to end before it even began?

This drama follows the life of a girl who falls for the best friend of her brother at first sight. The problem is that since she is five years younger than him, he treats her as his own sister, caring for her when she needs him and always being mindful of her wants. She, on the other hand, manages to make him smile with her innocence and genuine care towards him. As time passes, her crush on him starts to develop into something more. He, on the other hand, though touched by her care, never imagines her as anything but a sister. He truly believes that he is protecting her because he thinks of her as a sister. His own troubles matter less to him than her though, and even though he has to live every day with a stalking woman who is also his creditor, he tries to survive. Things start changing, however, when he meets her again after a few years when she joins college. Now, beginning to understand that he might have more feelings for her than he realized before, he begins to pursue her. Will these two end up together, or will their relationship end before it even began? Watch to find out!

My Review….

I loved this drama. Even though this drama was a little formulaic in its plot in the sense that this was a story of a girl who meets a boy and falls for him at first sight and he hasn’t got a clue, I loved the story development. I absolutely adored the chemistry between the leads. They were so adorable that you might go aww a lot of times in this drama. Their genuine consideration and care for one another from the beginning till the very end was heart-warming to watch. They tried to lift each other up from the very beginning. Another thing I liked about this one, is the fact that they both tried to understand each other and protect each other. Often, we only see the guy protecting the girl, we hardly get to see the woman trying to protect the man and standing up for him. I loved that aspect about this story a lot. Both had their own quiet strengths which when added together made their relationship quite beautiful. I wouldn’t say that their love was perfect, but it was a delightful watch nonetheless. So, if you like sweet love stories, don’t you even think of missing this one!
