Rookie Cops

Will 8 rookie students at the Police Academy be able to learn to become good officers of the law and find their way in life?

This story follows the lives of 8 students who join the Korean National Police University. Every one of them comes from different backgrounds, and yet they find a unique camaraderie and friendship with each other. However, for a few of them, their links to each other might be more mysterious than they realize. On top of that, they might be falling for their friends, which they earlier thought was impossible. Will the rookie cops ever be able to get their life together?

Frankly, I had mixed feelings about this story. I felt like the actors did a great job at staying true to their characters, however, the story just did not allow for the character development of any of them. It always felt that the plot was a little too fast-paced with larger-than-life situations that would never happen in real life. So, even though the romance between the leads and the others was adorable, I found it hard to finish watching. The plot twists and the cases always seemed a little off to me as well. So, I would not recommend watching this one, but if you want to go ahead, then I will leave the decision up to you.

The originality of the plot: The plot is original, but a tiresome watch.
