The Day of Becoming You
What happens when the souls of a popular K-pop idol and an entertainment reporter gets swapped? Will they find their way back to their own bodies, or are they stuck forever?
This story follows the life of a bubbly entertainment reporter who is diligent and focused on her work. When she meets a popular idol, and they accidentally swap bodies, thus begins a hilarious tale of each of them trying to get back in their real bodies and hiding the truth from the world at the same time. As they begin to realize the challenges of each other’s lives, and start understanding what it feels to be in each other’s shoes, they begin to respect each other, which eventually leads to love.
Frankly, I would say that the acting of both the actors in this drama wasn’t too convincing when they swapped their bodies, which was a big let-down for me. Even though both these actors usually act pretty damn well, but in this drama, they fall a little short. It was very difficult to digest their personalities when they travelled to the other’s body. Thus, even though, the story wasn’t too bad, I wouldn’t watch it again. However, if you actually want to watch a body swapping storyline, then you can give it a try if you don’t mind the acting too much. Overall, it’s a feel good story with a happy ending. I will leave it up to you to decide if you want to watch it or not.
