Tomorrow

Can two people ever break free of their karmic cycles to realize what they truly mean to each other? Can a man find his long-lost mother?

This drama does not just focus on showing the point of view of one protagonist. It covers the life of a talented young man who is unable to get a job in spite of being qualified, a team of grim reapers who try to prevent others from committing suicide, and another grim reaper who is strictly against giving second chances to people who take their own life. It covers a variety of cases where this team helps people who think that suicide is the only way that they can escape from their lives and make them realize just how precious their lives truly are. The rest of the story showcases their thoughts, their lives and their pain, as they try to save people and find their own peace at the same time.

Frankly, before I give a review, I just wanted to highlight that this series covers a lot of sensitive topics such as depression, suicide, and self-harm. If any of them are triggers for you, then please refrain from watching this drama.

Overall, this drama has a unique concept, which is whether people who think of committing suicide can be saved if timely intervention happens. It tries to show how and why people think that committing suicide is the only way out of their lives, and how even if one person in their lives helps them see that they too can get over this bad period in their lives, then many lives can be saved. I usually prefer watching stories that make us think differently and help us see life in a new way. This drama does that and more. However, be aware that this is not a feel-good story. It’s made to make you revisit your take on life and make you more self-aware. So, I will leave the decision up to you about whether you want to watch it or not.
