Love the Way You Are

Can a carrier-oriented woman who is struggling to juggle her personal and professional life ever realize who her true partner in life really is?

This story follows the life of a woman who is very good at her job and is widely respected for her abilities in her company. However, she struggles to juggle her personal and professional life. Her long-time boyfriend often belittles her work and refuses to understand her problems. When her step-brother who went abroad when he was young, comes back into her life, she realizes that the way he cares for her is something that she never has had before. He, too, struggles with hiding his feelings from everyone but eventually, his love and care wins her over and she decides to be with him. However, things for them are not as easy as they look like, struggling to get acceptance from their family and dealing with problems at their office, they keep trying for each other. Will they be able to overcome the problems and stay true to themselves and each other? Watch to find out!

Let me start off by saying that the story isn’t too original, but I absolutely loved the supporting and understanding relationship that was displayed by the leads in this one. Also, ex-boyfriend drama, weird man hunting woman plot, etc. was pretty low-key here, which is pretty rare in Chinese dramas. If things got hard for the leads, then they got rectified pretty fast as well. However, one caveat is that for some people, the relationship between step siblings might not be comfortable. So, if that is not something that you would enjoy, then skip this one. Else, overall, this is a story that makes you realize that an understanding and loving partner is all we need in life, to succeed. So, if you are someone who likes watching stories with excellent understanding and chemistry between the leads, then go for it.
